God is Thirsty for You - (05.10.20 - Jn. 4:1-42)
Dear St. Paul Family,
audio/video God is Thirsty for You Cornerstone Vision 2020 - Write It Christ is risen! Gospel is read from Jn. 4:1-42, Jesus said that He is the living water to the Samaritan woman. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there. You ladies are awesome, with your great cooking, by constantly driving the kids everywhere, somehow you understand baby talk, you find things, are great hiders but we love the way you comfort us and know what to say. Jesus was a great comforter to the Samaritan women and also knew what to say. She felt isolated, accused, not valued, judged, labeled and marginalized. But we see Jesus was thirsty for her, as He is thirsty for us.
God Thirsts for us, to be saved
It is His desire for all to be saved
He sees us as precious in His eyes
He is thirsty for the redemption of the human race and our conversion
God Thirsts for us, to be in relation
He longs for His encounter with us
God thirsts that we thirst for Him
He thirsts that we are in His presence
God Thirsts for us, to have the living water
It is His gift to us
He wants to satisfy our thirst
He wants us to realize that He is a fountain
It is incredible that our God thirsts for us. He desires for us to be saved, to be in relation with Him and for us to be satisfied in His presence. Now, it is incumbent upon us to know this and to share this good news, actually, great news.
